Export MetFamily project

Creates a .gz file to store the MetFamily project.

Usage

writeProjectFile(dataList, precursorSet = NULL, file)

Implements the logic of prepareAllPrecursors in a generalized manner. Replaces createExportMatrix() as a package function.
